Catching Up!
Yes, I am back from Stampin' Up's Leadership meeting. It was a wonderful event and I had the best time. Stampin' Up! really knows how to show their demonstrators a good time. I met a lot of people and learned a lot from the presentations but also from talking with other demonstrators and…
Four Frames and Elements of Style
Have you noticed that one of the stamps in the Four Frames set coordinates with the Elements of Style set? Both stamps have the same flowers and leave. Love it when that happens. Stamps: Elements of Style, You're a Gem and Four FramesInk: Black Stazon, Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Daffodil DelightPaper: Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler,…
Autumn Greetings
Welcome to my first post on my new blog! It has been quite a transition and I am having to re-learn lots of things. I have had lots of help and am so grateful, and any wonkiness is purely my doing! Please bear with me while I learn, experiment, and generally stumble about. I am…
Nature’s Perfection
Here's a quick card I worked on this morning while waiting for the fog to burn off so I could take some pictures. The large flower from the Nature's Perfection is a fun one to color and I used the watercolor float technique on this card. Product List Nature's Perfection Clear Stamp Set [139100] $13.95…
Here’s what I did instead of stamp …
Today was Breakfast at Wimbledon (bet you didn't know that tennis is the only sport I love to watch!) Here is what we had as our breakfast as we watched the Men's final. Strawberry Shortcake-Yummy! I will be back in the stamp room tomorrow, maybe I better go for a walk first.

Wow, that die is amazing….I was on the fence about it but seeing it all sparkly here makes me WANT it!
Is the front held together by the die or is there a piece of acetate there? Thanks
Thanks LeAnne! I had to have the die. I think it is going to be a super fun one to have. Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Pam. The die cut piece connects the two pieces. I did add an extra layer of card stock to make it a little sturdier. I think the addition of a piece of acetate might be great. I am making more of these cards and will try it out with a piece of acetate and see how it goes. Thanks for stopping by
GREAT card!! What is the silver diagonal stripe? DSP? Thanks!
Hi Renee,
The silver diagonal stripe is from the Neutral Designer Series Paper Stack. You can see the stack on page 174 of the Stampin’ Up! Annual catalog. Thanks for stopping by my blog and Happy 2017 to you!
Hi Sharon, what embossing folder did you use for your first card? Thanks 🙂
Another gorgeous card. I just love your style!
