Artisan Sketched Garden Hugs

It is Thursday and time for a new Create with Stamping Friends Challenge. This week it is a sketch challenge.

I just realized that I switched things up a little bit. Oh well, it is a little too late to change it.

Do you see it? I used the same DSP pattern for both rectangles and the same pattern for the squares. The sketch has it so that one rectangle and one square are the same pattern and the other pair a different pattern. Oh well, let me tell you about what I used.

  • The dot and striped pattern is from the Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP. Isn’t this color combination so good? Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Petal Pink, and Real Red. Not only that but on the flip side there are black & white patterns! So good right?
  • In the center is a Basic White Stylish Shapes circle. The vase and flowers were fussy cut from the Artisan Sketched Garden DSP, another black & white DSP paper pack. There are lots of beautifully sketched flowers and vases that can be cut out and colored or not. I colored these with Daffodil Delight, Petal Pink, Pool Party and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends. I see lots of my favorite black, white & a pop of color cards in the future.
  • The little tag is a Stylish Shapes die cut short. The sentiment is from the Scalloped Blooms set. The little dots are from the Array of Dots. To finish it off a black Baker’s Twine bow.

Inside another strip of the stripes from the Beautiful Ordinary Life DSP and another vase of flowers from the Artisan Sketched Garden DSP. I will stamp a sentiment once I decide who I am sending this to.

Thank you for stopping by and be sure to check out what the rest of the Create with Stamping Friends design team created with this sketch.
