Week 11 Christmas Box

Here is a step by step tutorial of how to make this box.

1st step

You can make this box using any size square.  Here I started with a 9 x 9 piece of CS and scored it every 3 inches.

3rd step

Score the corners in half diagonally.

2nd step

Cut 8- 2 3/4″ squares. For other size boxes cut these squares a 1/4″ smaller than the box squares. Cut 4 squares in half on the diagonal.  These will be glued to the corner pieces.

6th step

In the corners on the fold attach eyelets.  Eyelets are not absolutely necessary but will reinforce the holes.

7th step

Run the ribbon through the eyelets.

8th step

Now you are done!  Fill it up with goodies and bring to my house!  Thanks!

  2. Love this idea – especially for this season when you have several small things to share with friends – it’s a great presentation package!
