ICS Blog Hop…2026-28 In Colors

Welcome to the Inspire Create Share blog hop. We are all Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators and we gather together every month to share ideas around a theme. This month the theme is to use at least one of the 2026-28 In Colors.

There is always a lot of excitement around the release of new In Colors. Will they be dark, pastels, how will they fit in the current color collections, so many questions. I try (not always successfully) to reserve judgement until I get to play with them and also see how others use them and combine them. I haven’t played a lot with the new In Colors but so far I really like them.

Here’s a look at all the In Colors- Barely Blush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Golden Glow, Peaceful Pine, and Hydrangea Hue. I stamped each color with Tuxedo Black ink with the butterfly from the Pop-Up Petals bundle. I colored each butterfly’s body with the coordinating Stampin’ Blends Marker. I alternated with the Basic White flower cut using the Hope Love & Joy dies. In the center of each flower I used the 2026-28 In Color Dots. To make the wreath I cut a Stylish Shapes circle and used it as my guide, attaching the butterflies and flower around the edge.
