Thanks & Giving

It is Thursday and time for a new Create with Stamping Friends Challenge. This week it is a Color Challenge. The challenge colors for the week are Timid Tiger, Pool Party and Secret Sea.

Both Secret Sea and Timid Tiger are 2025-27 In Colors. I use Secret Sea a lot. I haven’t used Timid Tiger as much but I do really like this color combination.

This is a pretty straightforward card. The one thing I did that is a little different is I stamped the wreath in Timid Tiger ink on the Timid Tiger CS layer. I wanted more texture so I embossed the background using the Softly Woven EF. I like that it created texture and the stamped image is subtle. I like the look and will be trying this again with different images and embossing folders.

• Secret Sea CS card base 4-1/4″ x 11″.
• Timid Tiger CS layer 4″ x 5-1/4″ stamped with the wreath in Timid Tiger ink and embossed using the Softly Woven EF.
• Secret Sea CS 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″.
• Basic White CS 2-5/8″ x 2-5/8″
• Thanks & Giving wreath inked in Secret Sea ink on Basic White CS and colored using Pool Party, Timid Tiger, and Secret Sea Stampin’ Blends Marker.
• Thanks & Giving sentiment inked with Secret Sea on Pool Party CS. There are no dies with this set so I fussy cut the banner.
• Three Secret Sea dots from the Dew Drops Embellishments.
• Secret Sea & Gold Ribbon tied in a bow.

Inside I stamped some pumpkins from the Thanks & Giving set and fussy cut them. Also a few stalks of wheat (?) from the set in Pool Party ink.
