Simply Leaves Hello

It is Thursday and time for a new Create with Stamping Friends Challenge. This week it is a color challenge. The colors are Basic Beige, Bubble Bath and Daffodil Delight.

I thought these colors would be great for flowers and have been wanting to play with the Simply Leaves stamp set so I made some gingham flowers.

• Basic Beige CS 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″
• Bubble Bath CS 4″ x 5-1/4″
• Brights Painted Patterns DSP 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″
• Wood Grain Wonders DSP 2-1/2″ x 5-1/4″
• Daffodil Delight flower- Simply Leaves stamp inked in Daffodil Delight ink and stamped on Daffodil Delight CS. The “petals” were fussy cut and assembled. Flower center cut using a Stylish Shapes die.
• Leaves were inked with Basic Beige ink on Basic Beige CS and fussy cut.
• Sentiment from the Simply Leaves set inked in black on Basic White CS. Sentiment was cut using the Lovely Arrangement die.
• Bubble Bath flower- Simply Leaves stamp inked in Bubble Bath ink and stamped on Bubble Bath CS. The “petals” were fussy cut and assembled. Flower center cut using the smallest Stylish Shapes die.
• The leaves were again inked in Basic Beige ink on Basic Beige CS and fussy cut.

• Basic White CS 4″ x 5-1/4″.
• Painted Patterns DSP 1″ x 4″.
• Flowers cut using the Homemade Sweetness dies.
