Hope Love & Joy Flowers

It is Thursday and time for a new Create with Stamping Friends challenge. This week it is a color challenge. The colors are Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake and Peach Pie.

This combination was a challenge. I have been sharing projects using the Hope Love & Joy bundle and wasn’t sure how to make it with these colors.

Do you recognize what I used from the Hope Love & Joy bundle? Yes, it is the adorable little flower die. I think this flower is so cute! It is a simple shape and has the sweetest cut detail which makes it so good. Yes, I cut a bazillion of them, maybe that’s an exaggeration but it was a lot. We will do a final count when you see the whole card. Right now the count is 17.

The Crumb Cake CS layer was embossed using the Lovely Stripes 3D Embossing Folder. TIP: If the folder is embossing too deeply and causing tearing lightly mist your CS with water before embossing. Behind the flowers is Balmy Blue CS cut using the Lovely Arrangements dies. CLICK HERE for cutting tips using the dies. The Peach Pie CS circles (flower centers) were punched using a punch from the Hole Punch Assortment. The sweet Balmy Blue Gingham Ribbon finishes off the front.

Inside of the card is more circles and flowers. The flower count is up to 24! So you know I really like these little flowers.

Thank you for stopping by and be sure to check out what the rest of the Create with Stamping Friends made for this challenge.
