Leftovers

Did the post title make you think that I made a card using leftovers from our 4th of July BBQ?  I think you will be pleased to see that I didn't, even though that might be a pretty interesting card.  I did use leftovers from various projects  I made before.  

The jar and the embossed Whisper White layer are from this card.  The flowers and sentiment were leftovers from a project for an upcoming stamp camp.  The only new things I stamped was the Night of Navy bows.  This was a super quick and easy card to put together.  The only real decision i had to make was what color card base to use, even that wasn't much of a decision since the sentiment was already stamped in Night of Navy.

I keep my leftovers  in a little clear envelope and stash them in with the stamp set.  I used to keep them in an empty stamp case but found that I didn't look through them very often.  Now that the leftovers are in the case with the stamps I see them and use them.

I also added a little Sweet SugarPlum strip to the inside of the card and added another Night of Navy bow.  I do love the bow from the Everyday Jars framelits.
