Measurements:  

• Night of Navy – 4 ¼ X 11
• Real Red – 4 ¼ X 3
• Whisper White –  2 ¼ X 3 ½ , 4 X 5 ¼ , 4 ¼ X 1 
• Whisper White Baker’s Twine – 5” and Double Bow
• Real Red Star

Instructions:

1. Emboss Night of Navy card stock using the Arrow TIEF. Attach insert with SNAIL.
2. Sponge stars onto Real Red card stock using the Stars Decorative Mask, Real
   Red Ink Pad and Sponge Daubers. Cut 4 ¼ X 1 Whisper White card stock in half using the Stampin’ Trimmer. Attach to Real Red cardstock using SNAIL. Adhere to cardfront using SNAIL.
3. Stamp “celebrate” image in Night of Navy ink. Round corners using the Envelope Punch Board.
4. Punch banners using Maritime DSP and attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Embellish star punch out with a Rhinestone and attach to banner using Glue Dot. 
5. Wrap 5” Baker’s Twine around card and secure with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Attach bow with Glue Dot. Attach to Real Red card stock using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
