Cute As A Bug Note

It is Thursday so you know what that means…a new Stamping with Creative Friends Challenge! This week it is a sketch challenge and I love this one!

I saw this sketch as a great opportunity to use Designer Series Paper.

The Cute As A Bug Designer Series Paper is one of my favorites. The only problem with the DSP is that I like both sides of each sheet. So much so that I hesitate using it but I remind myself that it is okay to use it since I can always buy another pack.

  • Mossy Meadow CS card base 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″.
  • Cute As A Bug DSP layer 4″ x 5-1/4″.
  • Mossy Meadow CS layer 3-3/8″ x 4-5/8″ .
  • 2 different papers from the Cute As A Bug DSP.
  • 2 flowers and and my favorite book reading bug cut from the Cute As A Bug DSP using the Sweet Bugs dies.
  • Basic White CS scallop border was cut using the Lovely Arrangements dies.
  • Sentiment stamped in Mossy Meadow ink from the Lovely Arrangements dies.
  • 2025-27 In Color Flat Pearl for a little pop of color.
  • Basic White CS layer 4″ x 5-1/4″.
  • 3/4″ x 5-1/4″ of DSP.
  • Lily of the Valley cut from the DSP using the coordinating Sweet Bugs die.

Isn’t this a great sketch? I think it is a keeper and a great way to use your DSP. Be sure to check out the what the rest of the Create with Stamping Friends design team created with this sketch.

Thank you for stopping by!
