More Sock Monkey

The Sock Monkey set has all these great little stamps that you can place in his hand or on his head.  I wanted to use the little cupcake image.  I think that little cupcake is so darn cute!  Here's a card that does not even feature the Sock Monkey.

Lots of cupcakes!  A quick refresher on masking.  I stamped the only complete cupcake first.  I then stamped the image on a Post It note cut it out and used it to mask the cupcake. I then stamped on either side of it which gave me  cupcakes behind the main cupcake.  I continued to mask the cupcakes and stamped more cupcakes.  Pretty easy but nifty.

Isn't he cute?  Ready to fill up the wagon with treats! I have had a lot of fun stamping with the Sock Monkey.  I have to return him to his owner.  I hope she likes the samples I made for her.

Have a fantastic weekend.  We are supposed to have actual spring like weather so I am thrilled.  I am also expecting my pre-order from the new catalog!  I think I will have to take my new goodies out on to the back porch and stamp outside.  Doesn't that just sound wonderful?  Check back and see if I actually get to stamp in the sunshine.
