Bats!

I know it seems too early to show Halloween projects but October will be here soon!  I also wanted to continue in my quest to use all my new goodies from the big catalog and also throw in a sneak peek or 2 from the Holiday mini.  That reminds me, did you get your copy of the Holiday mini?  If you haven't please let me know and I will get one to you. On to the project!

024 copy

Stamps:  Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Cherry Cobbler and Black Stazon
Paper:  Wicked Fun Specialty paper, Black, Whisper White
Big Shot:  Candy Wrapper die (NEW in the Holiday mini)
Punches:  Bitty Bat Large
Extras:  All 3 of the Smooch sprays, Moonlight Smooch accent ink,  Black grosgrain ribbon, wire

I smooched sprayed each of the bats with a different color fo spray.  I even sprayed the ribbon with the silver smooch.  I cannot seem to get a picture of the shimmer so you will just have to come by and check it out.,  I used the Moonlight Smooch ink to make the bat's eyes.  I thought the Smooch ink applicator would be like a nail polish brush but it is a little firmer which makes it easy to make small dots or accents.  Instead of making the candy wrapper box I folded up one of the ends to make a box just like the sample on pg 10 of the holiday mini.  This makes this die even more versatile!

I have another Halloween idea for you so check back tomorrow!  Till then, go stamp something cute and tell me about it!
